Mufaddal Patel
With a distinguished career spanning over a decade, Mufaddal Patel has been at the forefront of the Interior design and Fit-out industry since 2011.
He has successfully led large-scale projects across India and the UAE, overseeing developments exceeding 100,000 sq. ft. and project valuations surpassing AED 60 million.
Backed by a strong foundation in financial management and certifications in architectural and interior design, Mr. Patel brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise. His deep understanding of interior design, fit-out processes, and construction management ensures that every project seamlessly combines aesthetic elegance with functional efficiency.

Dzidzai Mangombe
Dzidzai Mangombe is a PMP (Project Management Professional) certified Civil / Structural Engineer with over twelve years of experience. She has worked in different engineering environments including a civil engineering design and management consultancy company, a construction and interior fitout company and an investment company with a focus on property development.
From heading departments and leading project teams, she has since gained good organizational and planning skills which have ensured the delivery of exceptional construction and fit out projects within scope, schedule and cost without compromise on the quality and time.
Dzidzai Mangombe has been a member-Society on Engineers-UAE and also registered as a practicing engineer with Dubai Municipality since 2015. She is authorized to take all necessary approvals from the authorities.
Sakina Mufaddal
Sakina Mufaddal is distinction holder of Bachelor of Engineering
( Civil ). She began her career as an Engineer in Retrofitting company in 2013.
Later in 2015 she joined an Interior Design Fitout Company where she gained knowledge in Interior Designing, material procurement, preparing project cost sheets and taking the necessary approvals from all the concerned government authorities like DCD, DM ,TRAKHEES,DDA,CONCORDIA,TECOM etc.
During the years she has gained expertise by heading various departments from client relationships, procurement, Government inspection teams and project completion and team of project managers.
Sakina Mufaddal has been a member- Society of Engineers-UAE and also registered as a practicing engineer with Dubai Municipality since 2015. She is authorized to take all necessary approvals from the authorities.
